Magnesium Soap was a real treat to use.   It was almost like using sandpaper on your skin, kind of rough and scratchy.  Starts off rough when the soap is dry and once you get it wet it will soften up a bit but will continue to feel gritty.  This is another one of those Magnesium soap that I used for pre-shaves because it helps with  ingrown hairs. It’s not a great soap for washing your face because it can leave you with scratch marks if applied to vigorously.

Magnesium is suppose to help with joints as well.  You can actually buy magnesium in powder form at your local health food store.  Add it to your bath like you would with bath salts for an all around body sensation.  The healing properties of magnesium chloride are pretty extensive so I recommend you check it out yourself further.  I really like using magnesium soap with earthly minerals because it feels as though mother nature is cleaning you naturally.
